This time is really useful to help you decide if this is for you and if I am the right guide for you to work with. Sessions can be by Skype, phone or in person. I’d love to talk to you.

All programmes must be paid for in full in advance of the first appointment. Programmes must be used by the person purchasing the programme and are therefore not transferable. Appointments must be taken over a six month period and this cannot be extended.
Payment is through PayPal at the time you book your appointment.
Your appointment time is valuable and reserved for you.
Sessions require a high level of energy and focus and I book only a very limited number of appointments each day and week, with space between each appointment. When you book your sessions, you are making a commitment to your session time. Where possible, you always need to provide at least 48 hours notice to change your appointment.
If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours, you are responsible for the cost of your session.
